Welcome to Integrated Medical, PC.  Tom Floyd, D.O. founded and operates this practice, located in beautiful historic downtown Howell, Michigan.  Dr. Floyd has been in practice since 1996.   He is a graduate of Michigan State University, College of Osteopathic Medicine he has a Master’s  degree in science and is fully licensed. Dr. Floyd practices medicine in a manner that our parents enjoyed: one patient at a time, providing adequate time to ensure that each patient’s concerns are fully heard, explored, and evaluated.  Evening and weekend appointments can be arranged.  This practice provides the best of Traditional Medical Care that is combined with proven Alternative Medicine Therapies.  One of the doctor’s core beliefs is that the mind and body are intimately interconnected.  We believe this is the reason that Dr. Floyd is able to solve long-standing medical problems that have eluded resolution using traditional medical approaches.

The front desk is staffed by Dawn and Kristy. Dawn is pursuing a degree of Business Administration and Kristy is a Certified Medical Assistent.

Our IV department is staffed by Deb and Donna, RN who bring a combined experience of 47 years of patient care to the organization. This department provides chelation, vitamin and mineral therapy, and phlebotomy.

Our team goal is to provide a variety of health care services in a warm, caring, environment.  We specialize in resolving long-standing problems that have been inadequately addressed in the past; we accomplish this goal by using custom tailored, innovative, multifaceted treatment plans.
